The European Teamwork2 program offers training support and advice to companies on sexist harassment in the workplace during the first semester of 2024.

The start of these resources will be the free training “Sexual harassment in the workplace – Keys for a comprehensive approach to the company”, which will be developed in 2 modules (6 hours) + 2 hours of complementary material in Hub Social Barcelona (c/ Girona, 34) on:

  • Power dynamics and intersectionality
  • Sexist harassment: definitions and identification
  • Roles and responsibilities in the organization

Wednesday, March 13 (from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) Module 2 – Male harassment – Prevention, Reporting and Response

  • Culture and labor policy
  • Complaint process: how to make it Safe, Accessible, Easy and Fair
  • Zero Tolerance: What does it mean?

To obtain the certificate of attendance, you must attend both training days.

Registrations can be made individually by filling out the form until March 7.

On May, the training resources will continue with the provision of the workshop “Sexual harassment in the workplace: what it is and how to apply protective factors in your company”. It will last 3 hours + 1 hour of supplementary material. A certificate of attendance will also be given.

On the other hand, Teamwork2 also offers companies two more resources:

  • Virtual platform with resources for prevention and awareness
  • Free advice on the implementation of prevention policies and support for companies

Each participating company is entitled to an initial consultation that includes a review of protocols and other policies already in use, as well as recommendations for policies to be instituted. Interested companies can contact Eulàlia Pedrola, project coordinator: eulalia.pedrola@surt.org

On the other hand, remember that Teamwork2 also offers this 2024 the service of free first legal advice in situations of sexist harassment in the workplace, in collaboration with Carla Vall advocades.
