The TeamWork 2 project aims to deal with sexual harassment (AS) in the workplace, which is a very common type of gender-based violence that is not usually reported in the EU. Its objectives are:

  • Polish the prevention and treatment of sexual harassment in the workplace by developing the capacities of multiplier agents, which will help companies and organizations to adopt effective internal policies (WP2).
  • Improve the protection of victims/survivors and encourage them to report using new services accessible to all (WP3).
  • Strengthen collaboration between institutions and develop local/regional/national networks that contribute to preventing and reducing the problem (WP3, WP4).

Finally, the horizontal principle of this project is to promote gender equity, diversity and non-discrimination.

TeamWork 2 is the continuation of TeamWork 1 project funded by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship program (ended in April 2022). Thanks to the research activities of this project, it has been possible to better understand the problem of sexual harassment in the workplace and it has been possible to establish some recommendations to be able to better address this problem at the local and national level.
