Diversity Day II is coming on October 3rd, a networking day for companies with the aim of contributing methodologies, from research and innovation, that allow a better inclusion and employment insertion of women.
The event will include space for good practices; dialogue between agents involved; challenges in masculinized sectors and personalized advice to companies regarding Protocols against sexist and LGBTIphobic harassment.

The initiative, promoted by the Research Area of the Surt Foundation and the European projects Teamwork and New Worlds, has the support of the Department of Equality and Feminism of Diputació de Barcelona.
