Teamwork2: zero tolerance for sexist harassment in the workplace
From the European program Teamwork2, Surt organizes the workshop “Sexist harassment in the workplace: how to create a culture of zero tolerance in our organization” in the month of May 2024. It is an awareness workshop aimed at personnel responsible for the prevention of harassment, Human Resources and senior officials.
The workshop is free and will take place in virtual and face-to-face mode. You can choose one of the two scheduled dates:
- May 23 |10am-1pm| virtual
- May 31 |10am-1pm| face-to-face | Social Hub Barcelona (c/ Girona, 34)
Registrations can be made individually by filling out the form until May 16.
On the other hand, Teamwork2 also offers companies two more resources:
- Virtual platform with resources for prevention and awareness
- Free advice on the implementation of prevention policies and support for companies
Each participating company is entitled to an initial consultation that includes a review of protocols and other policies already in use, as well as recommendations for policies to be instituted.
