Activities Carried out by SURT: Careers Guidance Path for women students or former students of the Women’s School. This program is a personalized path, for women with diverse labor objectives. Among the activities developed on the path, we shall point out: The employability analysis modules, the balance of abilities as a key tool for defining the career project, especially for women with quite diverse labor experiences or who have been outside the job market for a long time and the support tutorials for carrying out the defined career project.

Activities Held by Surt: An insertion path for inactive women or for those women who find it very difficult to access the labor market and who live in the city, where SURT has implemented different activities: Group motivation and guidance modules; Insertion follow-up group modules; Activities for finding a job; Individual support (tutorials) while on the path.
Training Course for Entrepeneurial Women.
Customer: COLCPIS (Assosiation of those with a PhD or BA in Political Science and Sociology of Catalonia)
Date Held: 18 Oct 2005. Women Participating: 12. Activities carried out by SURT: Within the training course, SURT implements the “Characteristics of the Entrepeneurial Woman” module for women who find insertion especially difficult, listed as unemployed at the OTG.
