Non EU immigrant women in the hotel trade sector in Barcelona (1997-1998) FORCEM.
The presence of non EU immigrant women, alone or through family regrouping, constitutes a growing phenomenon. The feminization of non EU immigration has its specific repercussions in the chances of social and labor insertion of this group. Incorporation into the job market through the hotel and restaurant sector gives these women the opportunity to get out of the black market economy and marginalization.
