> Quality Policy

The quality of SURT is known in the organization and all the workers are actively compromised with it, not only in the guarantee of this policy but also in the revision and improvement of the processes to adapt them to the needs of the clients. In this sense the training of the professionals is a key element of the organization.


The quality policy is stated in the own mission of SURT, when it defines that To favor the process of incorporation of women to the labour market, specially, those who are in a situation of social and labor vulnerability, will act in the following way: 
  • Supporting the improvement processes in the employability and development of professional abilities initiated by the women.
  • Developing and disclosing new methodologies that improve the insertion processes. 
  • Improving knowledge through the search for processes linked to the incorporation of women into the labor market. 
  • Developing initiatives that favor social change, solidarity and social responsibility.

The SURT vision also defines in a more specific way which quality elements should be identified in the organization.  


SURT HAS TO BE THE ORGANIZATION THAT:

  • Gives quality responses to the demands of the client 
  • Is effective in the support of women, so that they can obtain their objective of insertion
  • Is innovating in the methodologies and the tools for the insertion of women
  • Is an expert in gender policies and measures of gender equality in the context of enterprises
  • Is recognized for the quality of its work of innovation and social research
  • Knows how to optimize the resources available and manages them in an effective way 
  • With Social Responsibility, focuses the effective management of its resources towards the profit of its social objectives 
  • Is an organization of highly competent professionals with a culture based on cooperation, innovation and quality

The organization considers that their direct clients are the users of their services (women), the fundingorganizations that contract them and those that support it; the enterprises with which establishes collaboration, and the professionals to those offers training. 

The information brought about by the clients by means of the valoration and satisfaction with the services will be a very valuable instrument for the revision and improvement of the processes.
