METHODOLOGY
SURT’s methodology, articulated around the
definition and execution of the professional project
defined by each woman, makes it easier for the
participating women to carry out all those actions
they consider appropriate in order to reach their
professional objective. This allows for them to be
able to participate in more than one journey or
activity. It is for this reason that the figure of
participating women in activities is higher than the
total number of women attended to.
SURT’s work methodology is centered around flexible guidance plans, training and insertion which allow us to respond to the needs and demands of the women, always stemming from them taking an active part. In this context, the organization’s activity makes sense as a support-assistance to the process decided upon and put into place by the women, acting at the same time as a tool of mediation between the women and the job market into which they want to incorporate themselves.
To implement this methodology, from the organization, numerous specific tools and materials have been developed for the practical application of the focus on abilities and the gender perspective in all the programs and activities held. In particular, the following tools have been produced:
· Employability Analysis Tool
· Scale of Abilities
· Crossover Abilities Self-Evaluation Tool
This methodology, developed from years of work experience with women, is held up by five
