INTERMEDIATION
The sociolabor insertion of the women we attend to from our center requires setting up specific guidance, training, and insertion proposals, articulated from the convergence of efforts between the different social agents, especially between entities that directly attend to the women and the businesses. From
SURT we work with a business fabric to make the bringing together of employers and the women easier.
For the company, this coming together includes the group of activities carried out to harmonize the trajectory of the person with a specific job offer. It has as its objectives, on the one hand, the woman’s labor insertion and the adaptation of the professional profiles to the jobs the companies offer, and, on the other hand, getting the company involved and socially committed.
From SURT, as an insertion mechanism, we work with both actors, the person and the company. As it is similarly important to assist the person throughout the beginning phase and through the execution of the professional project, it is also advisable to design and plan activities that allow for the women to approach the companies. Dealing with their offers and integrating them into the work plan of the people means incorporating the close and reliable familiarity of the country’s business fabric.
Through the management of our job market and the tutorial activities, we make the job demands of the women coincide with the professional profiles of the different employment sectors. The job market feeds on the very market of job offers generated by the collaborating companies, of the offers taken from the job search room, from those received through the tutors and from those offers brought in by the women from their own search and self-candidature; in this way we are able to respond to the women’s demands and cover the hiring needs of our clients, the companies.
From this perspective SURT offers the companies that collaborate with the
organization:
Job Offers Management
Adaptation of the professional profiles to the companies’ job offers
Legal Advice (contract bonuses, alien status, LISMI)
Definition of the collaboration agreements
Tailored training headed by the company
Training Internships
Pre-contracts made
Professionals at hand
Tutorial Assistance for maintaining and promoting the position of employment
The organization relies on an important network of collaborating businesses linked to the insertion processes of the
women. 208 job centers make up SURT’s network of collaborating
businesses.
